Local Employment Partnership Florești District, Republic of Moldova
This document outlines the primary interventions under the Local Employment Partnership (LEP) of Florești District of the Republic of Moldova. The LEP Florești unites national and local-level institutions—both public and private—as well as civil society representatives, to strengthen local public-private partnerships, address labour market challenges, and create opportunities for job creation and transition to formal employment. The LEP is led by the Territorial Commission for Consultation and Collective Bargaining of Florești District, ensuring a collaborative and coordinated approach between the Local Public Authority, trade unions, and employers to develop effective solutions to the labour market challenges of the district. The LEP approach supports Moldova’s progress on the EU association path by promoting the decentralized implementation of employment policies and contributing to the modernization of the National Employment Agency (NEA) through targeted technical assistance.’
