ILO Office in Abuja

The ILO Country Office for Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone is based in Abuja, Nigeria.

The ILO Abuja office was originally established in Lagos in 1959 before moving to Abuja where it has a mandate to oversee ILO activities and relations with its members in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and acts as the ILO Liaison Office for ECOWAS. It works under the responsibility of the Regional office for Africa, based in Abidjan, to promote decent work and social justice across the continent.
