Bidding Document: event management service provider in the Somali region, Ethiopia

The ILO PROSPECTS programme wants to hire an event management service provider to manage two events in the Somali region, Ethiopia.

The ILO has completed a full-fledged satellite TVET facility in Kebribeyah and an ILO Digital Innovation Hub in Jigjiga, Ethiopia.  The two facilities are ready for handover via an inaugural ceremony. The inauguration ceremony marks the official launch of the facilities, which aim to boost skill development and cultivate local talent for employment and entrepreneurship. The event will promote the centres’ facilities, services, and mission, while also encouraging community participation and collaboration.

To ensure a seamless inaugural ceremony, the ILO intends to contract an event management service provider to manage the two events: the inauguration of a satellite vocational facility in Kebribeyah and the inauguration of ILO Digital Innovation Hub in Jigjiga. The events will take place on March 3 and 4, 2025, respectively.

Application deadline: 13 February 2025
